Mr. Ramming has arbitrated and tried cases involving the priority and foreclosure of mechanic’s liens, actions against landowners, single family construction defects, commercial construction contract disputes and insurance bad faith.  He has acted as lead and co-counsel on numerous jury and court trials as well as many arbitrations under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association and the National Association of Securities Dealers.

In addition to acting as a litigator, Mr. Ramming is also frequently engaged by members of both the Plaintiff and Defense bar to act as a mediator.   Mr. Ramming has mediated cases involving disputes related to construction defect, breach of contract and payment disputes related to medical office buildings, multi-family residential housing projects, single family homes, corporate facilities and retail establishments.
